ALL IS WELL

                    THE ELEPHANT AND THE DOG

An elephant and a dog got pregnant at same time. In the space of 3 month the dog gave birth to six puppies. The dog took in again 6 month later  and in the 9th month gave birth to another dozen puppies. The pattern continued.

On the Eighteenth month the dog proud-fully approached the elephant and questioned,
“Are you sure you are pregnant or just carrying the look of it? We became pregnant on the same date, I have given birth three times to a dozen puppies and they are now grown to become big dogs, yet you are still pregnant. Whats going on?”.

The elephant smiled luxuriously and replied,  “There is something I want you to understand. What I am carrying is not a puppy but an elephant. I only give birth to one in two years. When my baby hits the ground, the earth feels it. When she crosses the road, human beings stop and watch in admiration, what I carry  is mighty and draws attention. So don't you do any comparison because we are not mate anywhere.”

Don't lose faith when you see others receive answers to their prayers. Don't be envious of others testimony. If you haven't received your own blessings, don't despair. Say to yourself "My time is coming, and when it hits the surface of the earth, people shall yield in admiration." Enjoy the rest of the week.

C Language

C programming is one of thousands of computer programming languages that allow users to create instructions for a computer to follow. While C has a slightly more cryptic style than some other programming languages, it's fairly easy to learn and allows you to read and write code for many different platforms. Because it's so efficient and gives the user a lot of control, C is very popular with programmers.
The C programming language has been around since the early '70s, when it was developed by Ken Thompson and Dennis Ritchie at Bell Laboratories. They saw the need for a more user-friendly programming language, and after several attempts at new languages, C was eventually finalized and released. Throughout the '80s, the developers created various standards for the language. As computers became more complex, programmers were able to use C to build their own compilers and programming languages. The C programming language has led to the development of both Java and C++, which are popular today and both simplified programming even further.
C is a compiled language, which means that once your C program is written, you'll need to run it through a C compiler to convert the program to an executable form. The computer can then run the C program. The C compiler is vital to creating a C program, because without it, your program will remain in human-readable form as opposed to machine-readable form . Programmers can either purchase a commercial compiler or download a free C compiler online.
One of the things that programmers like about C is that it enables them to scale down programs so they can run on very little memory. This has become especially important in recent years, when so many people are using small-scale computers like smartphones and tablets.

Nanotechnology and Cancer Treatement

Nanotechnology in Cancer Treatment
Technology is one of key words of in people’s lives. In the near future, a subdivision of technology which is nanotechnology will have an important role. Bio-products, tools, devices, materials are influenced from consequences of research and developments on nanotechnology. With nanotechnology; more useful devices, better drugs for diseases, more appropriate materials for construction will be developed.Nanotechnology will also affect medicine and other life sciences.

The numbers of research in cancer treatment with nano technologically modified drugs are increasing day to day and have had some good results on this issue. Nanotechnological improvements can be used for cancer patients; because nanotechnology can be used for better cancer diagnosis, more efficient drug delivery to tumor cells, and molecular targeted cancer therapy.First of all, nanotechnology can be used for better cancer diagnosis. One of the main usage fields of optical nanoparticles is to allow better cancer detection. To start with, classical methods that are used in diagnosis have limitations. Classified methods such as X-rays, tomography or mammography require using mutagenic agents oncells that cause cancer, too.  To eliminate these concerns, optical nanoparticlesin diagnosis is possible technique that can be used. This techniqueworks with special dyes to interact with tumor cells and optical nanoparticles can be detected. Preparing a nanoparticulate drug system which has to ability to be photo excited to produce singlet oxygen for detection and therapy is better than classical systems. Such interaction shows that, the detection of cancer with optical nanoparticles is new and developing subject, but it has considerable benefits for diagnosis.

In addition to optical nanoparticles, ICG (Indocyonine Green) can  also be used in cancer diagnosis. The binding properties of ICG make possible technique in tumor detection. ICG molecules can interact with plasma proteins such as albumin, lipoproteins and globulins; since this allows ICG to have around the bloodstream. Because of amphiphilic property of ICG molecules give ability to interact with lipophilic and hydrophilic molecules. ICG molecules are also fluorescent molecules that with these characteristics of ICG are used for detection of tumors. From these properties, tumors and tumor-free areas can be detected in cancer diagnosis. It is a convenient way in diagnosis; thus very small tumors can be seen with fluorescence signals.  To have better detection of tumor cells, the sensitivity of diagnosis techniques must be considered, and nanoscale solutions in diagnosis are very sensitive and have shown to be less harmful to patients.
Secondly, nanotechnology can be used for more efficient drug delivery system to tumors. One of the significant missions of passive liposomal drug delivery is to cancer cells. Liposome molecules are easily diffused into the cells; since their structures and cell membrane structure can interact very well while drug uptake process. The EPR (Enhanced Permeation and Retention) effect is the concept that liposomes remain the bloodstream for a long time and are collected passively from tumor cells. Via the EPR effect, concomitant in toxicity problems of therapy are relatively solved as lower and repeated dose
of liposomal drugs.  Moreover, these liposomal drugs with RES relatively break away immune recognition; so drugs are able to remain in bloodstream.

LIFE IS BEAUTIFUL ....

“Live the life you love

Love the life you life”

I have met many people, who often say that “I am an unlucky person, why did God do this for me??” The problem is not the problem the problem is your attitude about the problem. Life is full of ups and downs. Life is like a rainbow you need both the rain and sun to make the colors appear.

If you love your life then life will love you back. It’s just a given and take policy. We can follow our brain but we have to take our heart with it.

.
Live your life for you not for others. Don’t try to impress others. We can’t satisfy everybody in our life. Each and Everyday it has been a new experience for us .

Every struggle in your life has shaped you into the person you are today. Remember that Stars can’t shine without darkness. Be thankful for the hard times, they can only make you Stronger………

Let go of the past. Keep loving and embracing the life’s changes.Enjoy every moment of your life............

“How Microsoft has impacted your life and how you plan to bring a change to the society being a Microsoft Student Associate?”

My journey with Microsoft:

Hello Everyone, I am Poornima pursuing my B.E ECE 3rd year in Parisutham Institute of Technology and Science, Thanjavur. Having passion towards technology I have registered for Microsoft Student Associate program.

Microsoft has given me an interesting task of blogging about the topic “How Microsoft has impacted your life and how you plan to bring a change to the society being a Microsoft Student Associate?” as a part of MSA Program. I want to share about my journey with Microsoft and how it impacted my life.

"How Microsoft has impacted my life?":
We can’t imagine how would be our technological world without Microsoft products??           Microsoft becomes an inseparable part of my life.

As a School kid, I started using my  PC only for playing games. One day I found the enchanting application "Ms Paint".I really went crazy about it.Then, I started   painting and sketching   in my favorite Ms Paint” application. This is the beginning of my journey with Microsoft.Even now I prefer MS Paint for editing pictures .I always used to pen down my thoughts in the “Notepadat that age.Microsoft made my childhood most amazing.

I used to work on "Microsoft PowerPoint" for preparing my seminars and projects through which I can deliver informational slides through the use of text, graphics, and animation. The "Internet Explorer" which, is the most used web browser across the world .I have no words to explain about it.It is highly secure and it is the best sample for "what you need is ,what you get'.

.
I have witnessed the evolution of Microsoft Windows 98 to windows 8.1. Each and every day it has been a new experience for me with Microsoft. Recently, Microsoft launched Windows 8 which is full of awesome features and it provides appropriate apps to suite our needs. I have really admired it. The operating system which I really fascinated is windows 8.1, which is highly secure and it is more efficient than any other operating systems.  Every time, starting from MS-DOS with some additional features it makes the work more easy, interesting and secure.

The "Skype" is an interesting thing that I have admired. It helps me to keep in touch with my friends and also to share my feelings, thoughts. The "Skype Translator" Will Change the whole World. This software will enable users who are barred by a language barrier to instantly communicate with one another.

The "Bing" which is a search engine from Microsoft that brings together the best of search and people in our social networks. It helps me in reducing more time doing.Hence, Microsoft has been a part of my life since childhood and is related to me by its different products like “INTERNET EXPLORER” ,”BING”, “WINDOWS MEDIA PLAYER ”, etc.

The "Microsoft Student Associate" provides a new path for many young minds like me to show our creativity & imagination in the form of Windows applications and to develop our technical skills. It has been a great Journey for me with Microsoft throughout. Microsoft changed my life from just a student to a technologist. I assure it is going to be part of my entire life with its everlasting features.

My Future plan as a Microsoft Student Associate:
As a MSA I will actively organize various activities in my campus. I will conduct seminars and workshops relating to app Development. I will make them aware of various emerging technologies and encourage them to actively participate in various technical events.

I will discuss about the innovative technologies with my staffs and classmates and also encourage my friends who are really interested in technology, to become a Microsoft student Associate in order to enhance their skills and also make it useful for others.

I will create awareness about various Microsoft Products which play a vital role in our life .I will express and share my ideas and thoughts through social Medias like face book, twitter. As a MSA I will take it as my responsibility and I would proud to be the representation of "Tech Giant Microsoft" .
